Position-sensitive neutron detectors based on a scintillator and a device with charge coupling
Creators

Description
A position-sensitive neutron detector on the basis of a scintillator and a device with charge coupling was developed. A neutron flux with an intensity of 105 cm-2 sec-1 was recorded. The resolution is 0.4 mm. The size of the sensitive region, which in the present setup is 3.9 x 4.8 mm, can be increased with the aid of a focon or with a high-power lens
