Micro-X-ray spectral analysis of single antimony telluride crystals doped with tin and thallium
Description
X-ray spectral analysis of antimony telluride monocrystals alloyed with tin and thallium is conducted. Sb2Te3 monocrystals with 0.01 mass% thallium and 0.1-1.0 mass% tin additions are shown to have homogeneous distribution of the impurity
