Electroosmotic indicator labelled with selenium 75 for electromigration investigation

Description

Synthesis of a new electroosmotic indicator necessary for studies in an electromigration facility with a scanning semiconducting detector is described. The possibility and advisability of using synthesized substance labelled with selenium-75-diethanolselenide for correction to electroosmosis when measuring ion mobility is proved experimentally. Advantages of the obtained electroosmotic indicator as compared with present indicators used for this purpose are pointed out
