Timing of beginnings of type II radio bursts by energetic particle flares
Description
The problem was studied of the onset of the shock-wave radio emission in the development of a solar energetic particle flare. It is evident that the shock wave is generated with most flares in the so-called explosive phase of the flare, between the time of its brightening and the time of the Hsub(α) maximum, or close to it.
