The worldwide development of primary energy generation and consumption is presented, as well as oil, gas and coal consumption and their shares in total primary energy consumption, the development of crude oil, gas, lignite and coal extraction, the amounts of crude oil, gas, coal and lignite sources, the development of electricity consumption, the net installed capacity of electricity generating facilities broken down by the type of production, the development of nuclear power generation, a forecast of nuclear power plant outputs, and an overview of SO2 and NOx emissions.
