The preliminary evaluation on sclerodermas of newborn baby with thyroid hormone and β2-MG ria

Description
The combined determination of thyroid hormone and β2-MG may be used as the sensitive indication of the early degeneration of liver and kidney function. It is probably due to the damage of liver and kidney by scleroderma in newborn baby. The observation of 68 cases show that the serum levels of T3,FT3 in the concentration of thyroid hormone decreased significantly, and syndrome of the low serum T3, high serum rT3 are taken place. Whereas, the serum level of β2-MG is increased significantly
