The proceedings of the NUCLEAR 2019: The 12th annual international conference on sustainable development through nuclear research and education held at INR-Pitesti on June, 3-4 2019 contain 17 communications presented in one Plenary Session and 24 communications presented in a Student Poster Session. The Plenary Session is addressing the following items: Relevance of European Framework Programme for national R&D priorities (2 papers), Nuclear Energy (12 papers) and Environmental Protection (3 papers). All these papers are presented as abstracts in "Nuclear 2019 - Book of ABSTRACTS", separately processed.
