Four-nucleon bound state with realistic NN interaction

Description
The 4He problem is solved for realistic ''local'' NN interactions. The properties of these interactions are studied. It is found that such interactions are essentially insufficient for formation of bound 4He nucleus. The hyperspherical harmonics method has been applied. The accuracy of the approximations and methods used in the problem is discussed
