Fast radiation-induced luminescence and conductivity in a natural diamond
Description
The short-lived luminescence and pulse conductivity in a diamond were investigated under pulse electron excitation (3-5 ns, 300 keV, ∼ A/cm2). The short components of the conductivity (<10-9 s); 10-16 ns) and luminescence were observed. The new non-photon luminescence line is revealed
