Features of pseudogap and superconductivity states of YBa2Cu3O7-x

Description
The relaxation dynamics of the lattice and low-energy quasi-particles of the YBa2Cu3O7-x superconductor is studied through the light reflection method within the wide temperature range. It is shown that for T > Tc there exist two areas of temperature with qualitatively and quantitatively different excitation dynamics and the transition between these areas is of the hysteresis character. It is established also, that the character of the change in the relaxation dynamics of the charge carriers in the superconducting state indicates the anisotropic gap with zeroes on the Fermi surface
Abstract (Russian)
Методом отражения света с фемтосекундным временным разрешением исследована релаксационная динамика решетки и низкоэнергетичных квазичастиц сверхпроводника YBa2Cu3O7-x в широком диапазоне температур. Показано, что для T > Tc существуют две области температур с качественно и количественно отличной динамикой возбуждений, а переход между этими областями имеет гистерезисный характер. Также установлено, что характер изменения релаксационной динамики носителей заряда в сверхпроводящем состоянии свидетельствует об анизотропной щели с нулями на ферми-поверхностиAdditional details
