Study of the reaction anti pp → anti ΛΛ close to threshold

Description

The reaction anti pp → anti ΛΛ has been studied near threshold at LEAR with a decay spectrometer using a system of wire chambers. Total and differential cross sections, as well as anti Λ and Λ polarization data are shown. Future possibilities of the experiment are indicated. (orig.)
