Heterogeneous magnetic spiral structures in rare earths

Description
It is shown that the energy of magnetic anisotropy of spiral rare earth magnetic possesses certain features at the points of spiral pace commensurability with the lattice period. Account of exchange integral dependence on the external field (through the magnetostriction) and spiral inhomogeality. Allows one to explain peaks on Er magnetization curve, observed in the course of experiment
