Description
The application of alpha track etching in study of uranium ore can conveniently and efficiently research the existing state of uranium in rocks and ores, and find the fine-grained uranium mineral of rocks, and study the alternation with uranium mineralization. To the sandstone-type uranium deposit of Tongliao area as an example, the distribution form of uranium in the rocks and its enrichment regularity are researched by making use of alpha track etching. Then according to the alpha track, it can be known that uranium has two existing forms that are the conditions of dispersing and adsorption and uranium minerals, and the latter always companied by carbonation and pyritized.
