Ministerial Order appointing the Customs Offices through which radioactive substances or devices containing such substances subject to licensing must be imported
Description
Under the royal Order of 28 February 1963 regulating protection of the population and workers against the hazards of ionizing radiation, this Order by the Minister of Public Health and the Family designates the Customs Offices through which radioactive substances and devices containing them may be imported. It lists for each type of transport (land, sea etc) the authorised points of access into Belgium. (NEA)

Le present Arrete du Ministre de la Sante Publique et de la Famille, pris en vertu de l'Arrete royal du 28 fevrier 1963 portant Reglement general de la protection de la population et des travailleurs contre le danger des radiations ionisantes, designe les offices de douane par lesquels doivent transiter les importations de substances radioactives et des appareils en contenant. L'arrete enumere les points d'entree autorises pour les differents types de transports (route, mer, etc...)Files
