Description
The influence of preliminary annealing within a temperature range of 900-1500 deg C and grinding for 1-100 h is studied for processing and structural parameters of plasmochemical powders of Al2O3 and yttrium stabilized ultradisperse ZrO2. It is ascertained that the temperature range of 1200-1300 deg C is optimal for ZrO2 powder annealing, promoting an increase of bulk density and a decrease of specific surface area. The annealing and mechanical activation for 50 h allow a considerable decrease of the amount of processing binder and production of a thermoplastic slip with satisfactory casting properties
Abstract (Russian)
Проведено исследование влияния предварительного отжига в интервале температур 900-1500 град С и размола в течение 1-100 ч на технологические и структурные характеристики плазмохимических порошков Al2O3 и стабилизированного иттрием ультрадисперсного ZrO2. Установлено, что температурный интервал 1200-1300 град С является оптимальным для отжига порошков ZrO2, способствующего увеличению их насыпной плотности и уменьшению удельной поверхности. Отжиг и механическая активация в течение 50 ч позволяют значительно снизить количество технологической связки и получить термопластичный шликер с удовлетворительными литейными свойствамиAdditional details
