Possibility of nuclear reaction modulation for high-energy negative particles in single crystals

Trapping of negatively charged particles into bound states with atomic planes or rows and the following radiative transitions between quantized transverse energy levels have been found to increase significantly the nuclear reaction yield in crystals under channeling conditions. (Auth.)
