Preliminary Results from MINOS on νμ Disappearance Based on an Exposure of 2.5x1020 120 GeV Protons on the NuMI Target

  • 1. University of Minnesota (United States)

Description

Preliminary neutrino oscillation results are presented on data from the MINOS experiment taken up to March 2007, yeilding an exposure of 2.50x1020 protons on target. New values of Δm322 (2.38-0.16+0.20)x10-3eV2/c4 and sin522θ23 1.00-0.08 are obtained
