Description
Sequentially deposited thin films of Y,BaF2 and Cu on BaF2 buffered Si/SiO2 substrates have been synthesized to produce YBa2Cu3O7. It has been observed that the annealing recipes and controlled chemical etching have a marked effect on the formation of the desired 1-2-3 phase
