Description
Oxides of SrY2-2xCa2xO4-α composition were investigated. It is shown that in the air they represent p-type conductors. The shares of ionic and proton conductivities grow with decrease of partial oxygen pressure. Hole conductivity depends on partial pressure of water vapor. 4 refs., 4 figs
