Kinetic parameters of the inhibiting effect of natural phenolic compounds

Description

The article presents the results of studies of the inhibiting effect of phenolic compounds isolated from the leaves of violet basil by water extraction. The order of the model reaction has been determined, the reaction rates and reaction rate constants have been calculated without adding an extract and in the presence of an extract containing phenolic compounds.
