The dynamics of the photoluminescence decay for the ceramics Y Ba2 Cu3 O7-x near the superconducting transition

Description
In this work the photoluminescence spectra of superconducting ceramics Y Ba2 Cu3 O7-x in the wavelength range 390-590 nm and at temperatures 80-120 K were investigated, and the electric resistance near the superconducting transition was simultaneously measured. For the first time, a correlation between the superconducting transition sensitivity of the temperature dependence of the radiation spectrum and the dynamics of the luminescence decay was discovered. The conclusion was made that ultraviolet irradiation can change the superconducting properties of the Y Ba2 Cu3 O7-x surface, causing departure of oxygen from the sample surface
