On a theory of electromagnetic wave scattering by elastic vibrations in semi-bounded medium
Description
The electromagnetic wave incoherent scattering by elastic wave fluctuations in a semi-bounded medium is considered so that the scattering coefficients are expressed via spectral correlation functions of elastic displacements which are calculated with boundary conditions taken into account. The processes of elastic electromagnetic wave scattering by the space and volume vibrations are investigated
