Description

The topics discussed include primarily basic radiation protection principles; requirements for personnel, public and environmental protection; and requirements for minimization of the economic impacts of radiation events and accidents. The compatibility analysis focusses on the agreement/disagreement between EUR requirements and requirements of Czech legislation with respect to the licensing of standardized reactor unit siting, construction and operation; and deviations of or gaps in Czech legislation against the EUR requirements and the desirability of amendment of relevant Czech legislation.
