Laser ionization of 124Ag and its decay to levels of 124Cd
Creators
Description
Gamma-rays following the decay of the neutron-rich isotope 124Ag have been studied at the ISOLDE facility using a chemically selective laser ion source. Excited structures beyond the first 2+ level in 124Cd have been identified for the first time, and are discussed in terms of a recent anharmonic vibration model. copyright 1996 The American Physical Society
