A double neutron monochromator with periodically bent single crystals
Description
Time modulation of a neutron beam diffracted on two flexurally vibrating single crystals of Si has been studied. A pulsed beam of monochromatic neutrons suitable for investigation of the condensed matter dynamics by the time-of-flight method has been obtained. (Auth.)
