Description
The recovery spectrum of Mg, Zr and Ti are studied by means of measurements of the electrical resistivity after fast neutron irradiation at approximately 5 K. The effect of radiation doping before the low temperature irradiation on the recovery stages are investigated for Zr and Ti. Radiation doping at room temperature hardly enhances stage I recovery. The results suggest that stage III of Zr and Ti would probably be the 250 K stage and would be due to the vacancy migration. (author)
