Description

Here we present the results of dissociative electron attachment to gas phase thymine and 2-thiothymine. A particular attention will be paid to the formation of the dehydrogenated molecular anions (M - H), which preferentially occurs at low energy range below 2 eV. We will try to shed the light on the subtle differences visible within anionic yield curves that is the difference of the position and relative intensities of various overlapping peaks. (paper)
