Some methods of processing the experimental spectra of X-ray diffraction of film speciments
Description
The method of experimental X-ray diffraction spectrum unfolding in film specimens, which is based on approximation of the whole diffraction peak, but not only a part of it, is suggested. The Monte-Carlo method has been used when determining a production function G(x), where x is the deviation from the Wolf-Bragg angle. Production functions for Nb3Sn films of 0.14 μm thick and 5x5 mm in dimension for different interplanor distances have been calculated. A way of application of the method developed for determination of a physical spectrum to study the structure has been illustrated by the example of Nb3Sn films irradiated
