Description
A novel aspect of strangeness in the baryon structure is discussed. In particular we propose a mechanism by which the strangeness flavor induces the baryon ''size'' (and bag radius) to be larger in hyperons than in nonstrange baryons. We also discuss the implications on the SU(3) chiral bag
