On conduction mechanisms in semiconductors of defective structures
Description
Presented are the results of a complex investigation of electric conductivity, thermal electromotive force, Hall coefficient, volt-ampere characteristics and absorption spectra of cerium sulphide and of some solid solutions on its base. Data are obtained on the state density and on a mechanism of conductivity of current carriers
