Description
These most recent developments of an improved manipulator and completely automated ultrasound data acquisition, processing and evaluation meets all requirements made on in-service and initial inspections of reactor pressure vessels. The ALOK data acquisition and evaluation system improves the capabilities for defect detection and analysis without extending the times for checking the detection data. The fully programmable manipulatur in combination with phased-array probes and ALOK technique result in a major simplification of test procedures, testing times and radiation exposure of inspecting and operating staff. Diese neuesten Entwicklungen von sowohl einem verbesserten Grossmanipulator, als auch einer vollstaendig automatisierten Ultraschalldatenaufnahme, -verarbeitung und -bewertung erfuellt alle hohen Anforderungen, die an die Basis- und wiederkehrende Pruefungen von Reaktordruckbehaeltern gestellt werden. Das ALOK-Datenaufnahme- und -bewertungssystem verbessert die Faehigkeiten zur Erkennung und Analyse der Fehler ohne Anhebung der Pruefzeiten aus dem waehrend der Suchfahrt gewonnenen Daten. Der vollprogrammierbare Grossmanipulator fuehrt in Kombination mit Phased-Array-Pruefkoepfen und der ALOK-Technik zu einer beachtenswerten Vereinfachung der Pruefprozeduren und somit zu einer Verringerung der Pruefzeiten und der Strahlenbelastung des Pruef- und Bedienpersonals.
