Description

Effect of the initial state of amorphous alloy Fe5Co70Si15B10 on kinetics of magnetic properties formation in the process of thermomagnetic treatment at 270 deg C has been studied. It is shown that the initial state of the Fe5Co70Si15B10 alloy, regulated by preliminary treatments, produces a great effect on kinetics of the change of its magnetic properties and their level. When domain structure as a result of preliminary treatment is stabilized due to local directed ordering, the rate of Bsub(r)/Bsub(s) change in the process of thermomagnetic treatment is low, and μ0 changes according to the curve with the maximum. When stabilization of domain boundaries is absent μ0 decreases monotonously. The highest magnetic properties are obtained in the samples after high-temperature annealing without magnetic field application and subsequent cooling in water, thermomagnetic treatment at 270 deg C in this case results in determination deterioration of magnetic properties
