Description
For supporting companies running nuclear power plants and for eliminating the effects of an accident, Kerntechnischer Hilfsdienst GmbH (KHG) was founded in Germany in 1977 whereas Groupe Intra (GIE) was founded in France 1988. Since the activities and responsibilities of the two companies are partly the same, they got into contact rather early, at that time with the intention to exchange experience. However, in 1993 the intensified contact resulted in signing an agreement on mutual assistance. In the following passage, a general idea is given of both organisations, the agreement on mutual assistance and the experience of cooperation they have had so far. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Zur Unterstuetzung der Betreiber kerntechnischer Anlagen bei der Beseitigung von Stoerfallfolgen wurde 1977 in Deutschland die Kerntechnische Hilfsdienst GmbH (KHG) und 1988 in Frankreich die Groupe Intra (GIE) gegruendet. Die teilweise gleiche Aufgabenstellung hat zu einer fruehzeitigen Kontaktaufnahme beider Organisationen gefuehrt, die zunaechst als Erfahrungsaustausch gepflegt wurde und 1993 zu der Unterzeichnung eines Vertrages zur gegenseitigen Unterstuetzung (Agreement on mutual assistance) gefuehrt hat. Nachfolgend wird ein kurzer Ueberblick ueber beide Organisationen, den Vertrag auf gegenseitige Hilfeleistung und die bisherigen Erfahrungen bei der Zusammenarbeit gegeben. (orig.)Additional details
