Phase diagram of the NaNbO3-SrNb2O6 system

Description
The interaction of niobates of Na and Sr in solid phase was studied. The microstructure of some specimens was examined to define accurately the phase boundaries in the system. A ''Composition vs. Curie point'' diagram is presented. The x-ray phase analysis confirms, that in the system the NaSr2Nb5O15 compound of a wide homogeneity range exists. A NaNbO3 based solid solution was discovered in the system. A fusibility diagram was plotted
