Molybdenum-platinum-oxide electrodes for thermoelectric generators
Description
This patent describes an article suitable for use in thermoelectric generators. It article comprises a solid electrolyte carrying thereon a thin film electrode comprising molybdenum-platinum-oxide deposited by physical deposition of molybdenum and platinum is an atmosphere comprising at least about 10 percent oxygen by volume. The thin film electrode having a thickness between about 0.5 and about 10 μ and comprising between about 5 and 20 mole percent platinum
