Adsorption immobilization nanocomposite hydroxyapatite/silver at the glass substrates

Description

Using glucose as a reducing agent, a hydroxyapatite-silver (HA)Ag nanocomposite was synthesized. A study of the structural and optical properties of the nanocomposite has been carried out. Plasmon coatings on the surface of glass substrates were formed by the adsorption immobilization method. It is shown that during the formation of nanostructures on an unmodified glass surface, inhomogeneous nanostructured films are obtained. The technique of formation of plasmon films from (HA)Ag particles is optimized. The effect of polymers, as well as the viscosity of colloidal solutions of a nanocomposite (HA)Ag, on the properties of a plasmon coating has been investigated. The important role of modification of a glass surface with polyethyleneimine in the formation of homogeneous plasmon coatings is demonstrated. It has been shown that the presence of alcohol additives in an aqueous (HA)Ag solution promotes the formation of homogeneous plasmon films which can be used as SERS-active substrates. (authors)
