Differentiation and radiosensitivity of hemopoietic stem cells of mice under the influence of hypokinesia

Description
It was established that at the initial period of hypokinesia (3 days), when a stress reaction prevails, changes occur in the erythroid differentiation and radiosensitivity of CFU. This effect is associated with redistribution of T-lymphocytes the number of which increases in the bone marrow of mice under hypokinesia. At later periods of hypokinesia (30 days), when changes in the organism were related to hypokinesia proper, differentiation and radiosensitivity of CFU were normalized
