X-ray fluorescent determination of rhenium in products of metallurgy

Description

Consideration is given to the method of X-ray fluorescent determination of rhenium in (5-100)x10-4% concentration range in excitation of rhenium L-series by broemsstrahlung and characteristic radiation of X-ray tube with golden anode. The sample is prepared by its mixing with polystyrene (1:4) with successive mixture pressing. Accuracy of determination is controlled with the use of standard samples. Analysis duration equals 45 min. Values of standard deviations of convergence of simultaneous determinations - 0.4-0.9, reproducibility of analysis results - 0.4-1.9 with change of rhenium fraction of total mass (4-80)x10-4%
