Description
In β-irradiated LiF the effect of temperature is investigated on the thermoluminescence (TL) enhancement of the 190 0C and 250 0C peak. The irradiation temperature range is extended up to 250 0C. TL glow curve measurements show that the temperature related enhancement of TL is a consequence of the relative thermal stability of trapping centers
