EPICS based computer control system for ERL accelerator

Description
EPICS is one of the most popular distributed control systems for large scale particle accelerators. We have developed a digital control system based on EPICS for the ERL test facility at Peking University and it was successfully applied in the commissioning and beam experiments of our injector. In this paper we first introduce the EPICS briefly, then describe the overall scheme of our control system. The hardware/software selection and debug process are also presented. (authors)
