Use of ecological criteria in calculations of maximum permissible emission norms
Description
Quantitative criteria of radiation safety assurance of the natural biota at NPP radionuclides emissions into the atmosphere - control concentration of radionuclides in environmental components (in soil and air) are suggested. The observance of these levels will ensure the absence of negative radiation-ecological effects on terrestrial natural biota objects, biodiversity and natural ecosystems. It is proposed to consider these criteria when developing updated procedures for calculating norms of maximum permissible emissions of NPP radionuclides

Предложены количественные критерии обеспечения радиационной защиты природной биоты при выбросах радионуклидов АЭС в атмосферу - контрольные концентрации радионуклидов в компонентах окружающей среды (почве и воздухе). Соблюдение этих уровней обеспечит отсутствие негативных радиационно-экологических эффектов для объектов наземной природной биоты, биологического разнообразия и природных экосистем. Предлагается учесть данные критерии при разработке актуализированной методики расчета нормативов предельно допустимых выбросов радионуклидов АЭСAdditional details
