Description
Two peaks were observed in the thermally stimulated current in anthracene doped LDPE after γ-irradiation. The magnitude of TSC at peaks was enhanced by the introduction of anthracene atoms. As Vsub(TH) increased, the trap depths for 65degC peak and 105degC peak when F=0 are 0.86eV and 0.98eV, respectively. The experimental TSC curve was in good agreement with theoretical one. (Author)
