Computer code for calculation of volume tric elastic stresses in toroidal field coils

A computer code for calculation of volumetric elastic stresses in toroidal field coils is described. The code uses the ferrite element method for solving a three-dimensional static problem of the elasticity theory. It is possible to take into account loads of volumetric surface and concentrated character. Besides that, displacements caused by differences in volumetric thermal expansion of materials can be determined.
