The text edition contains a selection of legal regulations in the field of nuclear safety and radiation protection. With the new Atomic Energy Act adopted in 1983 and the Ordinance which followed it in 1984, a considerably changed basis for the GDR's system of legal provisions and guidelines in the field of nuclear safety and radiation protection was created, taking into account own and international experience and scientific knowledge as well as recommendations by ICRP and IAEA. The compilation includes regulations and guidelines amended, set up and unchanged. (orig./HP)

Die Textausgabe enthaelt eine Auswahl rechtlicher Regelungen auf dem Gebiet von Atomsicherheit und Strahlenschutz. Mit dem 1983 verabschiedeten neuen Atomenergiegesetz und der in Folge dazu 1984 erlassenen Verordnung ueber die Gewaehrleistung von Atomsicherheit und Strahlenschutz wurde unter Beruecksichtigung eigener und internationaler Erfahrungen und wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse sowie Empfehlungen der ICRD und der IAEA eine erheblich veraenderte Basis fuer das in der DDR bestehende System von Rechtsvorschriften und Richtlinien auf dem Gebiet von Atomsicherheit und Strahlenschutz geschaffen. Die Zusammenstellung beruecksichtigt Vorschriften und Richtlinien, die bereits revidiert oder neu erarbeitet wurden, sowie solche, die unveraendert bleiben. (orig./HP)Additional details
