Electron transfer processes in doped lead molybdate
- 1. Ural'skij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Sverdlovsk (USSR)
Description
A study was made on electric properties of lead molybdate monocrystals, doped with acceptor Na2MoO4 and donor Nd2(MoO4)3 additions (each of 0.25 mol%) in 773-1270 K range and 10-5-105 Pa partial oxygen pressure range. Possibility of sufficient regulation of electric properties of lead molybdate crystals, usng heterovalent additions was established. This is possible as well for complex oxides of MEO4 composition, crystallizing in sheelite structural type. Their dominating disordering is described in the model of point defects
