Electric-field effect in partially deoxygenated YBCO thin films

Description
We report our studies on the electric-field effect in partially oxygen-depleted YBa2Cu3Oy (YBCO) thin-film test structures fabricated by a laser-writing patterning technique. Our preliminary results indicate substantial, field-induced changes of the sample critical current. (orig.)
