Preparation for nuclear power production under EPC mode

This paper, taking Fangjiashan NPP as an example, aims to describe the process and experience of production preparation for the operation company during the construction of the nuclear power plant based on EPC mode, analyze the interface relation about production preparation between the operation company and engineering company, discuss the difficulties of preparation for nuclear power production which adopting EPC construction mode, and provide some suggestions and help for development and standardization of production preparation for follow-up nuclear power projects.
