Electron effective mass in MnxHg1-xTe

Description
The reflectivity spectra at 300 K of n-MnxHg1-xTe single crystals and epitaxial layers have been investigated. Experimental and theoretical parameters of electron effective masses for x = 0.06 - 0.1 and N > 6 · 1016 cm-3 have been determined. Calculated electron effective mass is closed to experimental one
