Homogeneity test for environmental soil sample by INAA
Description
Two mathematical statistic methods for testing the homogeneity of environmental soil sample, i.e. classical variance analysis and 'degree of inhomogeneity' method are introduced. The soil samples were analysed by instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA). The elements determined were Th, La, Cr, Fe, Co. The result of 'degree of inhomogeneity' method is discussed in comparison with classical variance analysis
