Description

A small-sized 150 keV pulsed diode electron accelerator is described. A high-voltage pulse generator made on the base of coaxial condenser and correcting circuit is matched to vacuum diode. On the load with impedance 150-20 Ohm pulses with duration of 20 ns and amplitude of up to 150 kV, the front duration being approximately 4 ns, the vertex irregularity being ≤ 2%, are shaped
